color words. Besides for automobiles and fast food drive thrus, other commercial scripts that may require hard-sell or "soft-sell" with plenty of color words include political ads.
You've heard them, basically a war of these color words between the candidates. Additionally note that special attention and consideration should be given to the following when writing voice over scripts.
The idea is to communicate the message effectively using descriptive words economically, particularly for commericals. Attempting to say as much as one can fit into sixty seconds is ill-advised.
Oftentimes less is more, and the end result will be much better when the voice over actor isn't rushing the read in order to satisfy run-time constraints.
